This page takes up issues from several other papers and focuses on the people and agencies involved in the chaos that is to be part of this century. 

In my paper on Leaders and Anarchists I expressed my belief that the prime aim of the messages in Nostradamus' text isn't to be prophetic. Foreseeing the future is only a tool to achieving awareness of the inspiration in men's minds. Only in this context could Nostradamus' Prophecies hold what I have uncovered. It is from this foundation that I present my paper on future chaos, terrorists and criminals and I state that I consider it is essential to realise that it isn't a sadistic pleasure that caused these stories to be hidden for centuries. It isn't a warning nor is it a demand for penitence. It is a chance to look at ourselves as we are and how we might become. There is surely inspiration when we are able to see a deliberate pattern laid-out over centuries and millennia on our behalf. Nostradamus was as sure of the presence of the Inspirer as I am. Here are his words from the Preface to the Prophecies.

By ambiguous opinions beyond all reason, by Mahometan dreams and even sometimes through the flaming missives brought by the angels of fire of God the Creator, there come before exterior senses, even our eyes, predictions of future events or things significant to a future happening.

It has always been about inspiration and there has never been an intervention or an attempt through the agency of inspiration to stop the future unfolding as foretold, nor is it possible that there will ever be. It is not a warning to change our ways, it is an invitation to be more than we are.

And there is inspiration possible from the Prophecies. From all my analysis of verses pertaining to the future I discern clear threads and a  common theme which I summarise here along with my own interpretation of its import before presenting verses of tragic and strategic villainy. 

Every century has chaos, terrorists and criminals yet paranoia causes each generation to lose sight of the eternal nature of the problem and the best means of dealing with it. In our age a war on terror dominates Western governments and by its wording suggests a battle and a victory but it won't be like that and it never has been. This is the ongoing chant of ineffectual change, to blame an alien and avoid that eats at our roots. Drug problems in western society aren't forced on the populace, they choose to destroy themselves in the pursuit of escape and pleasure and no amount of law enforcement has prevented it occurring. Similarly crime gangs and corruption have existed around the world and those nations beset by organised crime have proven incompetent at dealing with these issues, since they too come from within, they are part of our communities and its members come from us. 

The impotence of a war on terror is concealed in the foregoing ineptitudes since even with all the might of a nation such as the United States, it has not surmounted these problems inside its own borders. To expect a better outcome through war in foreign places is folly, a blind, fear-driven, lashing out that is destined to fail. But even this blame upon the foreigner is not confined to those outside our bounds. Intolerance of others occurs in many forms, whether it be racism, nationalism or fundamentalism and these are the branches of the tree bearing the strange fruit that Billy Holiday found and bemoaned in her own homeland. They are the seeds of Dr martin Luther King's death described in my paper on Leaders and Anarchists

To deal with problems from outside we must first resolve those that lie within. The inspired invitation is here in this goal to be more than we have been, to be as much concerned with self control and our own standards as we are about how others behave.

In this page the first verse I will analyse is C.06 Q.081 L.1 since it contains many links to the last verses analysed in my page on Leaders and Anarchists. I had indicated that it is the story of a French based clan with world-wide links bringing about a disaster by interference in the energy industry and use of nuclear materials in the Persian Gulf. The story from Nostradamus' visible text needs little explanation as it fits completely to this theme. Even the second line can be seen as an apt description of a nuclear process. And it has the duality common to Nostradamus' work since the words can also apply to a criminal organisation.

The hidden text ties in closely to that of C.04 Q.86 which I showed contains Clan use natures clinquant-ion (glittering with gold or silver) waters. Race-USA-on-ionic ocean~nuclearisation (L'an que Saturne en eau sera conioinct).

In the second line of the current verse there is nuclear-ion (Coeur inhumain cruel noir et transy) and Laurencium (Coeur inhumain cruel noir et transy) as clear anagrams. Laurencium is an atomic element from the actinide series. It is one of the heaviest metals of all the elements (Its atomic number is 103) and like all the other members of this series it is radioactive and transitory. At the end of the line sits oir et transy  and in this the key word (transitory) can be seen. In the first line there is a clear anagram of element (Pleurs crys et plaincts hurlement effraieur). And reading to the left of that anagram is the word hurts giving us element-hurts. Then to the left of this is a series of linear, adjacent, whole anagrams saying pure-rules-cry-plainest (Pleurs CRYs et plaincTS HURlement effraiEUR). There is also the anagram for afire at the end of the line. And the outcome of the hurt is concealed in line 3 which infers an induced impotence- Nameless man rues illness aim. Gene slides  lessen maleness

All of this I revealed in a similar form in my Nuclear paper. I go much further there and show that the second line of this verse (see Nuclear paper) also holds a mixed anagram that says THERMONUCLEAR-UNIT-I (INhUmain cruel noir et T) and the first line has PLANT-I. (t-plain). 

These two lines hold a consistent pattern and it is nuclear. In the earlier paper I further showed there are clear anagrams for torrential and ruin in the second line  which is consistent with the ongoing theme of future floods causing local and wide-scale disasters. And I identified a linear sequence in the last line that says for French pages. At that stage I was reluctant to extend this particular sequence any further but going to the right of it there is clearly the anagram for Mafia. It is only now, after having been able to tie this verse so closely to the Clan theme in my paper on Leaders and Anarchists that I am prepared to conclude this name is valid. I now believe it refers to a French branch of the mafia and that the line infers Agens pages for French Mafia (Sang espancher frofaim a nul mercy). (Agen was a town in which Nostradamus lived in th 16th Century. Today, a few kilometres away, the Golfech Nuclear Plant is located. What we don't know is whether the mafia act as the good guys or the bad guys in this affair. The natural inclination is to believe they are the cause but it is possible they are accused to divert the blame from others. Keep in mind a quote I gave from Nostradamus Prophecies in my paper on Leaders and Anarchists.

For kingdoms, sects and religions will make change so complete, truly diametrically opposite that if I came to reveal what will will happen in the future, the great ones of the above kingdoms, sects, religions and faiths would find it so little in accord with what their fancy would like to hear that they would condemn that which future centuries will know and perceive to be true..... Nostradamus' opening remarks in his preface to the prophecies.

These words imply that many things assumed about sects and kingdoms etc need to be switched to the opposite view. 

 There are two other verses containing the word mafia. They expand the themes given in Nostradamus text of the previous verse so I present them together for comparison.

It is easy to establish links other than Mafia between the hidden messages in C.03 Q.042 and the first verse presented. The anagram for radiates (naistra a deux) in the first line links to the radioactive theme. This word is not common, occurring six times in the whole text. There is also an anagram for mob in line two. Mob occurs frequently (75 times) however the word mobster only occurs two times as a whole anagram. In this verse I believe the word mobster occurs as a split anagram which is part of the following phrase Pierre-not-mobster (PIERREs en Tuscie par pluye tomberONT). The last line which contains mafia holds Mafia-ill-protusion as linear adjacent anagrams. And like the first line it holds the name Raoul's which seems linked to a non adjacent sequence of whole anagrams to form the words Raoul's portion excur (POuR SAOULeR CEUX qui de faim faillIRONT). Now the word excur means to extend and in line one, where radiates has been shown to occur, there are also linear, adjacent, anagrams for extends along (x dents en la go). Extends only occurs in two other lines and one of these is intimately connected to this current line as I shall show a little further on. 

In the first line there is a whole anagram for exude/exuded as well as that for radiates. It therefore seems justifiable to imply the combined word anagram of as~radiant( naistra a  d) into our list of meaningful words forming another linear sequence as~radiant-exude. There is a clue to where this oozing of radiant material takes place since the end of the first line holds the anagram for GORGA. Now Gorga is a town in Lazio province Italy and is right next to TUSCANY. Tuscany is the city mentioned in the visible text of the second line. The hidden verse once more reveals the sinister truth of the stones falling through rain upon the shores of Italy. This idea links this occurrence to the future incident at Chernobyl since in my paper on nuclear matters C.05 Q.035 is seen as establishing a northern boundary of the fallout and it also has stones and drizzle mentioned in its visible text.

Having established that combined anagrams are valid in this verse a fuller meaning can be given to the second line (Pierres en Tuscie par pluye tomberont) where I have already shown Pierre-not-mobster exists. Keeping the split to a single letter from one word placed at the end of the sequence it is possible to obtain yet-popular (par pluYE To), pictures-seen (rES EN tuscie p). There is also a whole anagram of paper. We therefore end up with the following  Pierre-not mobster, yet-popular paper pictures-seen.  

At this point it is worth including this method into the rules by which anagrams are used. The rules for split anagrams are:

This is enough to establish the place of this verse in the stories contained within Nostradamus text. Be aware there is likely to be more within this verse that makes it foolish for people to jump to conclusions based on the limited amount presented here.

I intend to move on from here to verses that offer the easiest insight into the story. At a later stage I will probably return to the third of the verses containing the anagram of mafia but now is not its proper place. Its relevance is about the trade which is at the heart of the problems the hold. It is about arms trade, armies armourers and corruption. Several of these words can readily be picked out ar simple whole anagrams. However this verse has served its purpose here since it illustrates how the anagram process I am using allows me to pick out which of Nostradamus verses are connected. As I present a few other verses it will become evident through the ideas in the visible text that even the above verse not discussed in full is in its rightful place.

To measure the significance of the criminal / terror thread I'm following it is important to give a perspective as to the completeness of my analysis. The frequency of occurrence is essential in this process.  

Frequency of occurrence of relevant anagrams in Nostradamus' text: Gangsters (0), gangster (2), mobs (0), mafia (3) mob (75), mobsters (1), mobster (2) terrorists (2), terrorist (2), terrorises (2), terrorizes (1) terrorise (5), terrorising(1) terrorised (1), terrorism (1) anarchists (1)

It is apparent that I have little choice as to which verses I analyse for these are not abundant words (other than mob). Excluding mob there are a total of twenty-four occurrences but many of these are in the same verse (some are redundant forms of each other i.e. terrorise may be a part of terrorises or terrorised), so the number of verses is limited to twelve. I am not free to choose any verses that suit my fancy and any connection between them is therefore not a result of selective presentation.

There is only one verse that has an anagram of mobsters and as soon as it is identified its connections to the earlier verses is obvious via its visible text. 

C.02 Q.007 L.1 Entre plusieurs aux isles deportes Amongst several transported to the isles,

The child to be born with two teeth in his head stands out as an unmistakable identifier. It shows a clear link to C.03 Q.42 which speaks of this same person. In both verses there is a reference to famine and once again the theme of a king is present. 

The hidden text of the current verse is equally as compelling. Line three contains the following set of linear whole anagrams Armour-defiant see-mobster-aim-barrels (Mourrant de faim les arbres esbrotes) while the fourth line holds Furore for-news (exneu) on  Europe Powers(pour eux) only~we cited  rule-for regroup.

The second line of C.03 Q.42 only differs a little from the similar line analysed earlier, but the change offers new information. It holds Eastern Easter day eleven ( e L'vn estre nay a de). 

And the first line offers   Wiser-USA (usieurS AU) despoilers plus-enters six-wars (urs auX IS).

The hidden text describes the geopolitical setting and proposes a day in the eastern calendar as relevant to this story of an arms dealer induced tragedy. It implies that there will be a break up of the European Union and it will come suddenly, unexpectedly at the end of several wars. The suggestion from this and other verses, through allegory, visible and hidden texts, is that a king will rule in Europe with USA and mobster support.

2008 Olympic Games- August 20, 2007

It was my earlier intent to present many more verses but I have resolved that the time is right for me to stand back awhile and reassess where I go from here. It is not that there is little else to show since  even in this topic alone there is much I haven't said. Montreal and Missourians linked to gangsters, dates rigorously identified for significant events yet to come will remain concealed for now. This section gives some insight into why I am hesitant to continue.

The topic of the Olympic Games of 2008 form the basis of this section and its import is contained in the following verse

C.10 Q.074 L.1 Au reuolu du grand nombre septiesme The year of the great seventh number accomplished,
C.10 Q.074 L.2 Apparoistra au temps Jeux d'Hacatombe It will appear at the time of the games of slaughter
C.10 Q.074 L.3 Non esloigne du grand eage milliesme Not far from the great millennial age,
C.10 Q.074 L.4 Que les entres sortiront de leur tombe When the buried will go out from their tombs.

The great seventh number accomplished, not far from the great millennial age seems to be a definitive date but as usual it is cryptic. Logically a case can be made for 2008. The number 2007 (the great seventh number nearest to the millennium) adds up to 9 (2+0+0+7) and 2007 is divisible by 9 (2007/9= 223). adding this number of 223 (2+2+3) returns the value of 7(number seven accomplished). But also the year is accomplished so it is 2008 that is the date implied. In so doing it fulfils all the criteria set out in the statement but I am wary of numerology as it can be twisted to prove almost anything.  However 2008 is the year in which important games are held and on this occasion the Olympic Games taking place in Beijing will be the most significant. There is a threat within its description for the event is referred to as the games of slaughter (update July 2008- Beijing Olympics referred to as 'Games of Genocide' in many media sources since April 2007) . But there is something else that takes place while this is going on as implied by it will appear at the time of the games.

Their are also in this verse a series of anagrams that imply a significant threat. I commence with the linear adjacent sequence at the end of line three which says  omens Ill-image-seem-danger  (grand eAGE MIlliESME). And at the beginning of the line there is once more a sequence which says None-losing guard (Non eSLOING e DU GRA). The meaning seems clear. Everyone is on guard as an ill omen seems to warn of danger. There is still more within this line for it also contains Madelaigne argued lies loosening men agenda (See Update July 2008:Mary Magdalene where I show the peculiar link between Madelaigne and Nostradamus text)

But there is far more than this to cause concern for the last line holds one of the two anagrams for terrorists (tres sortir). This is again part of a linear adjacent sequence and together with two other series in the line it reads  Terrorists-not-seen. Sequel-be (that it) enters-stories. Here the relevance of the visible text comes to the fore since these are people whose presence is buried, they are sleepers imbedded in the culture, and they see themselves as already dead.  They are easily seen as modern day suicidal bombers. The line is not done with yet as its message contains  the anagram for mob which occurs three times in this verse. In line four it occurs as led-true-mob (de lEUR Tomb) . The line also holds route and elude. The full line now divulges Sequel be terrorists elude, not seen. Mob led true route stories enter.

And there is still more to unfold as the second line holds other significant anagrams including traumatise airports (Apparoistra au temps Jeux d'Hacatombe). Then there are once again supporting sequences mob-appear to-act together with had atom riots.  The full text of this line is of the form Jumpiest airports had to act. Atom traumatise. Mob, riots appear.

So far there has been internal consistency as well as strong correlation to the visible text. There has also been strong evidence that it is part of the stories of modern times woven throughout Nostradamus text. The first line of this verse continues this pattern .Lower guard and measure sombre times. Mob would seem a respite.  (Au reuolu du grand nombre septiesme). And at the end of the line the sombre time may well be measured since mbre septie is September-I. 

There is no doubt the world is going to be on high alert throughout 2008 but there is a twist in the meaning of this verse since it is quite possible that the slaughter comes not from terrorism during the games but in the freedom for criminal elements to move during a time when the focus is on the Olympics. It is then that arms dealers can meet with potential terrorists, enabling them to find willing buyers for atomic materials. The slaughter would then not need to be immediate but arise as a by-product of the opportunity presented by the games. Or it could also be a riotous mob rather than a criminal one running rampant.

It is also quite possible that the slaughter applies outside of the Olympic venues since the wording uses the term 'at the time' not 'at the site' as its association with the games of slaughter. 

There is a further element for the actual term is not games of slaughter but the more allegorical label of games of Hecatomb. Throughout these papers I have shown the import of allegory to link past, present and future and this is to be expected in this instance as well.

Hecatomb originally meant a sacrifice to the ancient Greek and Roman gods involving the slaughter of 100 oxen.

Now this leads to a disturbing new connection since in Beijing there is a multinational community centred on Ox Street. There is a possibility that the slaughter is of innocents in this district as the city is 'cleansed' of those thought to threaten the games.

With this information placed before the reader I am now mindful of my need to put it in its proper context. I begin with the following quotes of Nostradamus as they sum up the nature of all the foregoing revelations.

With divine and supernatural inspiration integrated with astronomical computations, one can name places and periods of time accurately, an occult property obtained through divine virtue, power and ability. By means of this, past present and future become but one eternity: for all things are naked and open.  ...... Nostradamus' preface to the Prophecies

There can be no truth completely determined concerning the future... Nostradamus Epistle 1558

These quotes show that Nostradamus, even in 1555, knew exactly the nature of his verses . It should also be apparent that every part of his understanding embraces what I have revealed in these works.

I am sure that of those people who read my latest verse on the Olympics most will be certain what must be done and I am also sure that each person's certainty will differ and cover the range from one extreme to the other

And as Nostradamus claimed there is a quality to our works that applies to every occasion in which a future event unfolds. The information is complete enough for people to act but if they do, it will not alter its validity, merely shift it to one of its many possible forms. This paradox is ingrained in the Prophecies, it is part of its immutable laws the knowledge of which is part of our folklore.  Using allegory from past and present to apply to the future is itself an allegory for the Fates and Norns and that allegory tells us through the stories of Greek Achilles and the Nordic Baldr and Odin that man's attempts to thwart fate are futile, since human intervention causes strange twists that in themselves bring about the predicted end. Even this last aspect is seen in the quotes from Nostradamus.

Yet it was determined by astronomy and other sources, including the Holy Scripture, and thus could not err.  Middle part of Letter to Henry-1558

I would add a further claim to those of Nostradamus and say that the prophecy itself doesn't change what people do naturally. For example there is nothing unexpected in this prediction for the Olympics of 2008 since ill-omens surround any major event in the modern day, airports will be on high alert, terrorists will have placed sleepers ready to act as suicide bombers and counter terrorism strategies will be in place. And this particular ill-omen with its clarity of time will have been visible for 450 years at the time of the Beijing Olympics. Throughout that time, the year 2008 has constantly been identified and so regardless of its truth or otherwise it was always going to create concern for organisers of any games in this ill-designated year.  The settings described in the verse already exist, only the manner of its playing remains. So if we now intervene which aspect could be changed? Terrorists are unlikely to be deterred, governments will feel compelled to act, airports will still scrutinise and the innocent have no place to hide no matter what we seek to do. And the outcome is cast in the same stone that shadows the history of man. It is the innocent that will die, whether they be athletes, tourists or citizens cleansed to ensure the games are not disturbed. And of the other participants, governments, officials, terrorists and mobsters, all are capable of neglect, excessive-zeal and over-reaction. All of this is the immutable story of the past, present and future as is the uncertainty of its manifestation. 

There is inevitably a reaction to these thoughts by all who  read my words and those of Nostradamus Many will think that despite my cautions, something needs to be done, the slaughter must be averted. But which slaughter and of whom and to what end? The airports already have plans, the Western governments will sanction any actions to ensure the threat of terrorism is met, they will urge China to act and close their eyes and rationalise any injustices that may follow. And many people around the world will want it that way. Not all,  but those who determine the fate of governments. 

And if we act could this prophecy, by its revelation, defeat itself? The answer is clearly no. It was never intended to do so, it was never capable of changing fate and this was clearly understood by all involved in its creation. Here again Nostradamus and I are one.

Those predictions made with the aid of astronomy and the Holy Scriptures cannot not happen.  Middle part of Letter to Henry-1558

These are ancient thoughts, summed up in the following classical extracts.

OCEANIDS Who then is the steersman of Necessity?
Prometheus 1 The three-shaped MOERAE (Parques) and mindful ERINYES (Furies).
OCEANIDS Can it be that Zeus has less power than they do?
Prometheus 1 Yes, in that even he cannot escape what is foretold. [Aeschylus, Prometheus Bound 515]

"The threads which the Fates spin are so unchangeable, that, even if they decreed to someone a kingdom which at the moment belonged to another, and even if that other slew the man of destiny, to save himself from ever being deprived by him of his throne, nevertheless the dead man would come to life again in order to fulfil the decree of the Fates ... He who is destined to become a carpenter, will become one even if his hands have been cut off and he who has been destined to carry off the prize for running in the Olympic games, will not fail to win even if he broke his leg and a man to whom the Fates have decreed that he shall be an eminent archer, will not miss the mark, even though he lost his eyesight." [Flavius Philostratus, Life of Apollonius of Tyana 8.7]

Personally, I am not a believer in mystic outcomes, predestination, and intervening spirits. However if it's possible to see the future then the above is as fair a way of expressing a resolution to the paradoxes involved, as we can expect to find.

The point I make is this verse, thanks to my analysis, yields vastly more than it did and yet knowing this does not offer any chance of evading the prophesied event. We will not, can not, produce a paradox of time. If these messages come from a prophetic source then the outcome is inescapable and if they're not then intervention is at best unwise. This prophecy for 2008, has an internal truth, an inevitable embrace of the prediction, since, by the nature of the detail, it covers all possibilities. No matter how much we know, all that our interventions will change is which one of all possible outcomes occurs and this is true whether it is seen as an all-embracing set of outcomes or a prophecy. Again, this agrees with the previous quote as well as Nostradamus' thoughts.

Understand me well my son, I do not say that the knowledge of this matter cannot impress itself upon your feeble brain , nor do I say that very distant events are not within the knowledge of reasoning man. If future events are merely the creation of the intellectual soul out of current events, they are not by any means too hidden from him nor, on the other hand, can they be said to be revealed at all.... Nostradamus' Preface to the Prophecies 1555

So what is the point of the precision of the verse if its not a warning or a spur to change our ways?

I believe that all these verses I have presented take the reader beyond what has been presented in the past. My analyses are at one with Nostradamus and they offer a far greater insight into the events in Nostradamus' visible text than anyone has achieved before. And my work is much harder to refute than the many thousands of others who have claimed they understood the code. Unlike them I have no reliance on shifting sands to build my case.  My methods are rigorous enough to withstand any charge that I could prove whatever result I wanted. It is quite the contrary since the messages come from the structured nature of the wording laid down by Nostradamus and are in keeping with the unambiguous meaning he claimed was hidden in the quatrein's lines.

... such secrets should not be bared except in enigmatic sentences having however, only one meaning, and nothing ambiguous or amphibological inserted. 3rd page of Nostradamus Epistle 1558 

My work serves to remove the ambiguity, as was promised by Nostradamus, but neither of us would claim we can remove uncertainty.

It is by the continuous nature of uncertainty that we can know what these Prophecies were NOT meant to do, they were not warnings or signals to act in a particular way. It leaves the purpose to be, as I claimed earlier, to show the Inspirer exists. Nostradamus did not go this far.

...revealing in writing that which the Divine Spirit has made known to me, through the revolution of the stars, to the common benefit of mankind.... Opening line of Nostradamus' preface to Prophecies 1555

It appears, Nostradamus saw the Inspirer from the human perspective, as a supreme being granting a gift of prophetic powers to special persons. This was an art form requiring no result but probably because he was steeped in faith, he seemed to see no need to establish the existence of such a force since, to him, the force was one of God's many creations. None of his own words imply the purpose was anything more than a service, expected of the chosen ones, whereby they put down the prophetic visions they had been granted.

I lay no claim to being chosen or to performing a dutiful service, I act out of personal curiosity and to understand a little more about the universe before I die. Its true I feel the debt of the past in building a base of how the universe works and that my writings are in that sense a dutiful service, an adding of my part to the stream. I feel uncomfortable with detailing future events since one certainty I have is that there are many people I would not trust to use foreknowledge wisely.

I do however, have confidence in the existence and good-will of the inspirational source. These confidences come from an appreciation that it offers a credible explanation of all that I have been able to achieve, it resolves all the apparent stupidities and improbabilities thrown up by my work. Through it there is understanding of what's going on and how Nostradamus' text could hold messages in modern English.

I will amplify these thoughts for they are important. I begin with a quote I used earlier.

By ambiguous opinions beyond all reason, by Mahometan dreams and even sometimes through the flaming missives brought by the angels of fire of God the Creator, there come before exterior senses, even our eyes, predictions of future events or things significant to a future happening..... in the Preface to Nostradamus' Prophecies 1555.

I, like Nostradamus, see that the Inspirer is common to all men and has been there throughout all our history. We see its presence in the Old and New Testaments,  and in the legends and runes of the Norse. It was there in the stories of the Magi and in the dreams of more ancient folk. It is  the spirit of many names, some of which include that of the Holy Ghost and Paracletes. It should be no surprise that these particular names, together with Pentecost, are  found in the hidden text of Nostradamus' text. (you can see them in my site called Religious References.). It is from traditional aspects,  associated with terms such as these, that sense can be rendered. It is at  Pentecost that the Holy Spirit purportedly descended and, much to the amazement, of the bystanders, the faithful spoke to them in their own tongue. In this there resides an explanation to the modern English I use, since there is no contradiction. If a prophetical inspiration can apply to man's spoken and written words then the source is capable of choosing the correct tongue and to do otherwise would somewhat diminish its omniscience. 

The concept of the Inspirer removes two other difficulties, the extent of Nostradamus' knowledge and his capacity to build such intricate patterns in his words. Nostradamus constantly refers, in the Preface and Epistle, to his reliance on the Bible and astronomical computation. Just as I have scanned his work finding anagrams with computer programs, he searched a single source and applied a single discipline. It is through these common means that the patterns were formed and were read, they did not need Nostradamus to know what would emerge or the depth of what he wrote. Nor was it needed for the Hebraic scholars to knowingly place the patterns in the Bible for Nostradamus to find. Nostradamus' understanding, like those before and after him, was limited, but he had one certainty that gave him motivation, the ongoing presence of the Inspirer, the ongoing link between past, present and future. To Nostradamus, the Hebraic scholars and the Bible would have been the past and he always knew there would be a future revelation based on his work. He didn't need to write the words, they would form themselves.

Not that I would assume the power of a prophet. It is as a mortal man, whose senses revealed inspiration of places no further from Heaven than his feet upon the ground. So that what is predicted, and is true, has an ethereal origin. This light and the thin flame are altogether efficacious, and are of heavenly origin no less than natural light. And it is the latter which renders philosophers so sure of themselves that by the means of of the first principles of the first cause they have penetrated to the innermost core of the loftiest of doctrine. In conclusion I would add that if my works stand up to rigorous examination then the Inspirer's existence is proven and even the prophecies are unnecessary. If  the patterns could not be formed by chance, then there is a force that is alien to us, seeking to reveal itself. Yet it seeks only to inspire, no more, no less and there is no demand from it for adulation, compliance or subservience. It has been there, is there, will be there because it is.  There is no penalty, no need of purpose, only increasing awareness that we are not alone.
